Taps & shower heads

Water efficient taps and shower heads either work by aerating the water or by reducing the flow – the latter are perhaps more suited to bathroom sinks, where you don’t generally need a lot of water quickly.
Tap aerators contain precision-made holes to mix the water with air and thereby create flows which feel far higher than they actually are.
Low flow taps actually regulate the flow of water.
Both save water, energy, and money.
You might choose to replace your existing taps, or you can fit flow regulators to existing showers and aerators to taps.
Fitting an eco shower head will save around £75 a year on water heating for the average family of 4!
